You have to try this place.. Best burger deals and wings on Sunday are 69 cents!!! My favorites in town for sure!!!!

Great burger cooked just right. Fries nice and crispy. Erin, the wait technician, was very friendly and she made some really good sweet tea. Erin was attentive but not overbearing.

Service was good. But my steak and cheese sub. Was a lettuce sandwich.

Our car club comes to J butlers about once a month to have a giant group lunch. The staff is always welcoming and accomdiates any size group we have from 10-30 or more. The food is also great. They have daily drink and food specials that are good. I really enjoy the sweet Thai chili wings and wings with ranch.

Food is always great, but while friendly, the service is always slow even when they're not busy.

This visit was disappointing, although not horrible either. Shared chicken nachos, not a lot of chicken and the cheese was Luke warm. Normally they are very good and covered in chicken. Also ordered the fried green tomatoes, but the waitress missed them altogether. The nachos were more than enough to fill us up. A few miscues on the service side, maybe she is new to service... As I say usually all is good.

My husband and I visit J Butlers quite frequently. The food is awesome. I've only had one bad experience where the food was cooked poorly and that was the fish and chips. I got chunks that were raw and chunks that were overcooked to the point of burned as well as my fries. Everything else has always been great I just know to stay away from the fish and chips from now on. Honestly though, I blame the fish & chips fiasco on the simple fact that they were absolutely packed that evening. My favorite thing to get here are the burgers and the fries... they're always awesome.

I was PATIENT and got a table within 10minutes on College Football National Championship night. There were several impatient/unruly customers attempting to skip the wait and get a table faster. Management handled them appropriately. Bartender/Manager were on point!Highly Recommended!

We are a new family to the area so we have not found all the local restaurants. We ordered several entrees from here and my family was quite satisfied! The food was well worth the money spent and was delivered in a timely fashion. We will definitely be returning and I'm sure that this will become one of our new favorite restaurants!

Food was delicious. My husband had the fish and chips special and the fish was really good. They stay busy and the waitresses' tables are spread out a bit too much to be highly effective. For the most part our waitress did ok.

Service is always excellent! A welcoming atmosphere.

Good food for fair prices. Lots of TVs for sports. Sometimes have my beer on special, mostly during football season. We like sitting at the bar. They have trivia game system to play other bars.

Good bar food at reasonable prices. Sometimes $3 margaritas. Definitely get the baked chips and ask for extra crispy. Play trivia games in the bar. TVs everywhere.

The service was less than stellar on a night when it wasn't busy, and almost everything was extremely salty. The beer was good and the wings aren't bad. Maybe a good place for bar food, apps, and drinks.

We live in K'ville and went several Tuesday's in a row for the Burger Special night. First, the servers were very nice to us, but as soon as we would get use to two or three of them, they would leave. The wait time was always BAD, upwards of over an hour to get our food (Inexcusable). The last time there the service was extremely slow, the server made excuses and and no apologies. She even ignored us and continued laughing and serving others. We decided to take our hard earned money elsewhere. No one should wait longer than 30 minutes. Serving sizes kept getting smaller. The food is also mediocre.

This place is not door dash friendly, no one knew how it works which is not hard u just grab the order and hand to me and when we got there more dashers was waiting 25-30 minutes for there order it was horrible! Being a door dash member you have to be fast and quick and that was not it with this restaurant no one cared we was waiting plus nor greet us . so our ratings went down which did affect our score. plus the food look like it was just siting there for a period of time it was just a HOT 101 MESS!!!!!! Then when we ask to speak to the owner I gave my number he/she didn't even call back. So I just feel bad my customers had to wait for there food for a long period of time when they called 20 min ahead of time.

It's a hit and miss situation, food is usually good, but the waitresses and wait staff...and cleaning could use alot of this....furniture the booths could use some repair...

Worst service we have ever had, got our drinks and placed our order. Waited over 1 hour and never got our food and never seen our waitress. Ask to talk to the manager 4 times and was told he was cooking and would try to come out when he could. He never came out and so we left. As we were leaving we were told by a very RUDE waitress we had to pay for our tea we got. We left and paid for nothing. Will never go back.

I was there about a week ago and I just wanted to share my experience with you. I was greeted right away and sat the waitress came and greeted us very quickly and apologized what she thought was a little while. We noticed it was a little busy and she was the only server working. Which honestly doesn't bother me. She worked in a very timely manner serving all her tables and a smile never leaving her face. All our food was hot when it came out and was very good. The only thing that i noticed was wrong were two women who were treating her horribly. Other than that everything was excellent! You all should be proud how she handled herself with how it was busy and the rudeness from the one table. I will definitely be back.

Food was so so only 2 waitresses for entire place...was looking to try something new not impressed won’t be back. Trial & error

I purchased a small Greek salad to go at Kernersvilles location on Tuesday 9/17 and I was impressed. The portion was plenty and salad delicious. The next day Wednesday 9/18 I purchased the large Caesar salad. I was extremely disappointed. The salad itself was smaller than the small salad I had purchased the day before, and there was no Caesar dressing on the salad and no crackers. Needless to say I was not happy. I couldn’t take it back because I was at work. I will not be returning.

Great food. Had chicken club, boys had fajitas and shrimp tacos. Love the atmosphere.

Service is always great but sometimes a little slow. Food always tastes good. This time I got the chicken salad sandwich and was very yummy. I've also had a burger and the meatloaf here, both were also very tasty! The place is always clean which is super important to me!

It was okay. I got fettucini alfredo (the alfredo needed something) the grilled chicken on top was good.

The food isn't great and the service is worse. The atmosphere is dull and depressing.

Great wings, usually. I mostly order take out, sometimes the wings are not as good as other times. Always friendly staff, dined in once with family and everything was awesome!

Ate the steak. It was awesome. Everything was amazing. Very warm and cozy. Great screens for watching sports. Waitress was very kind.

Great little place to hang out. Food was good, service was great. The tap selection was a little one sided but not bad overall. The bartender, Kim, was very friendly and professional. She made sure everyone was taken care of and acted like she had known you for years. Will definitely visit again if I'm ever back in this area.

I Placed an Order about a week ago during lunch for a grilled chicken ceaser salad to go. I got home and the box had literally only a handful of lettuce which most was already wilted with the dressing in the box, the chicken was on the side and it was ok but I PAID Almost $11.00 for a snack salad with chicken!!! I will not make this mistake next time. I wouldn’t suggest making the same mistake either.

Had the worst Reuben sandwich ever. The meat was so tough I could not chew it. I told the waitress and she offered to make me another and I'm like I don't want another one of these. The hot chips were good though. But I paid 12 dollars for a coke and hot chips. Will not go back

Got seated and after sitting for 20 minutes without even getting our drinks or as much as a hello from the 3-4 servers that kept walking by our table we left. It wasn't even that busy.

Honestly our waitress Carmelita was the only reason we didn’t walk out the door. The one blonde waitress with tattoos was rude and on edge to any customer she came in contact with. One table had been waiting 30 mins and when they asked her she said I don’t know I have a lot of other things I have to do. Four tables complained about the service and food being cold while we were here.. we ordered soup and it was cold too.. when we mentioned how terrible everything was including their one hateful waitress the table beside of me leaned over and agreed. I felt awful for the manager having to apologize over and over. Overall the experience was well below par and in the future I’d be happier with my service at McDonald’s than this place.

Every time I have been there the service is super slow, although there is little business. They take forever to seat you, take forever to take your drink order, then take forever to take your food order. Had to ask the chick bussing tables if we could be waited on. Once we were actually waited on, we watched our skinny blonde waitress carry on an extensive conversation with someone before bringing our drinks...which never came. Ridiculous. The food is good but they need better waitresses and hostesses. May be back for some carryout but I doubt we will sit in. Too bad there isn't an option for 'no stars'.

The place was dead, I ordered nachos through DealDash on a Monday night and even though DealDash said 15 minutes and there were no one there and still managed to take 35 to 40 minutes to get my nachos. The nachos were soggy to the point you would need a fork or spoon to eat and that was before adding the salsa or sour cream that came separately packaged. Upon arriving I had to track down a waitress slash bartender to get my food and that added an additional 5 minutes. The nachos were so soggy I did not eat them and ultimately wasted $10 and an hour of my time on bad food. This place used to be great but either new management or an entire shift of new employees have destroyed what they once had. Horrible food, very slow service and a place that could not buy my business back if it tried.

Nice sports bar, a glorified burger joint. Staff was friendly, prices were comparable to other restaurants around. Pretzels were nowhere near German style. Everything else was good.

A very fun place to go.We always meet such people there.Everybody working there has aleays been very friendly, and the ,,food and drinks are great!

Great food, great drinks, and a great staff...what's not to love? Overall, an awesome dining experience. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because as good as they are, there is always room for improvement. The folks at J. Butler's are *almost* there, though; I highly recommend you check them out.

My first visit was 3 days ago. I was going to Dominos to pick up a pizza. I got 2 orders of ribs. They were fabulous. I ordered again tonight and had Door Dash pick it up. I had a long day. I asked for no cheese on my sandwich. It arrived with cheese. So they fixed me a new sandwich but I had to come out and get it. ☹️ I had “hot chips” with my original order. I feel that the chips should have been replaced because by the time I picked up my correct order the the chips were cold. I am new to Kernersville. I was relocated from Charlotte. My family of 7 eat out several times a week. We will not be back.
